Acceptance and account

By using the library, you agree to its terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Your account is for personal use. Purchased books are associated with your Zayenha Hub account and cannot be transferred or shared with another account.

Copyright and permitted use

The book text, audio recordings and available PDF files are protected as works of Dr. Alaa Theeb. You may read or listen for personal use and keep personal notes and highlights. Copying or distributing the works, publicly broadcasting them, sharing an account, reselling access codes or attempting to compromise the site is prohibited.

Account action and refunds

The library may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Refunds are administered through Zayenha Hub under the refund policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Changes

The published Arabic terms say users are notified by email 14 days before amended terms take effect. Contact z@zayenha.com with a question about your account or the terms.
