Help us find the issue

Include the book title, the page or chapter you opened, what happened and what you expected. For an order, use its reference from your Zayenha Hub account. Never email your password, a one-time code or full payment card details.

Account and payment records

Sign-in and checkout are managed by Zayenha Hub. You can inspect purchases and refund requests from your Hub dashboard. The library’s refund policy explains the request window.

Privacy requests

For access or deletion requests, email the same support address and describe the request. Read the privacy policy for the published terms.
